You never really know what goes on with a home selling and buying experience. So, one of the great things about having Chris as my Realtor is that I always felt like he was in my corner. It was kind of like I was his only client. Clearly, I wasn't his only client but it's just the way Chris helped me. Yes, there were some unexpected market challenges at that time of year ( spring ) and some surprises when we visited a number of homes for sale but Chris always kept things positive with me. He was very patient, honest and genuine with me. Nothing to hide. My experiences with Chris Miller were all good...except for the time I accidentally dented his truck with my vehicle. Lol!! But we worked it out as guys will often do in a situation like that. I appreciate you, Chris. And I appreciate Brandy. She knew exactly what I needed to do to best to stage my home for potential buyers.

Amazing through our experience
Chris has been amazing through our experience of looking for a home. We looked at many houses last year and unfortunately had to put the search on hold. This year was a rollercoaster of an emotions while searching for a house. Not much inventory, high prices and we had to make a decision as soon as we saw a place to put an offer in. Could not recommend enough
Have worked with Chris twice and can't say enough good things. Him and his team got us above asking price for our townhouse due to the full package they provide (staging, videos, multiple social media platforms, open house, etc.) and made it easy. He also helped us find our dream house! We thought we knew what we wanted but he showed us options and refined our searches and he found us a house that wasn't even listed! He was there every step of the way. He explained everything we needed to know and walked us through the full process including excellent recommendations for mortgage brokers and lawyers. Could not recommend enough and will be using their services again whenever we decide to move again.

Cannot say enough great things about YEG Home Sold! Chris and brandy are an amazing team to work with and made buying and selling super easy. Every single step had zero pressure and was very smooth. Communication was so easy, which made the whole process so seamless. Brandy was great with the staging consult and lending furniture that I was missing to ensure I showed my home the best way possible. Would recommend to anyone!
I installed a furnace for a client of chris’ and they recommend we call him, was a great decision! Unfortunately, with the hot fast paced market we lost the house we wanted by other bidders, Chris stayed connected with that realtor, and a month later we are now moving into that home! Even though we were in process of buying a home we did not love as much. He got us out of the deal and back on the table with the one we loved. Was always available with questions, and even came out late at 10pm to let me look again. Would recommend to anyone!

I don't think I could have asked for a better buying experience. This was my first time buying a property and going into it I was incredibly nervous and from seeing other people's experiences I was scared that someone was going to take advantage of my naivety. Chris was recommended to me by multiple co-workers who have used him as a realtor before, some as far back as ten years and still they go back to him. Chris was super knowledgeable and took the time to find out what I liked and didn't like about the apartment I was living in so we could find those features in a new place. It was from that first meeting I knew I made the right decision because this is a person who cares about you making a good decision for yourself and your lifestyle instead of getting you into a subpar place to get commission. He proved that again and again by giving honest feedback about every property we viewed. Chris has sold in so many condo buildings in Edmonton that he knows which are good properties and not so awesome ones. There were times where I picked ones that were not awesome and instead of telling me, so he still took me see them which was an education in itself. Because of him wanting me to see a large number of places I learnt more about real estate and different property value then I could learn from browsing Realtor.ca. I felt like when I saw the property that was a good investment I would know. Chris is also someone who doesn't want his clients to make poor investments so he gives you all the facts he can about a property to make the right decision. I was interested in one where the owners didn't want to negotiate on asking price, so he pulled a lot of information about the building and area it was located in, and I was able to make an informed decision to walk away from that condo knowing it wasn't a good idea. Best part is Chris supported me in all of it. If you want a genuine, caring, smart and savvy realtor Chris is 100% your guy. He will make your buying experience one of the best you could ever ask for.
